Included with all our jobs!
+ 5-Year Warranty
Available exclusively for clients who have purchased two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration or Porter Permanizer Exterior Coating and including the recommended preparation to be done by us, or houses that have hearty plank or PVC products (siding and trim).
Once a project has been completed and payment has been received in full, our warranty plans cover:
- Paint Peeling
- Blistering
- Chipping
Our warrantee does not include peeling, blistering, and chipping caused by:
- Structural Defects
- Plants, Pets, or Wildlife
- Stains from tannin (oil) in all wood
- Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by us
- Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, acts of God, vandalism or any cause beyond our control
